Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver to Kosovo, Albania and Macedonia. Shipping costs will be added at checkout, shipping is FREE for orders over €50 (Kosovo). We have discounts and promotions throughout the year, so stay tuned for exclusive offers.
How long does the order take to arrive?
It depends on where you are, in the territory of Kosovo the order arrives within a day, while in Albania and Macedonia it will take 1 to 5 working days to arrive.
Can the product be returned?
Yes. The return policies that we know so far are policies that actually only allow the exchange of the product with another product of the same value of money and do not allow money back. The return can be made within 5 days in the premises of the boutique to which the product belongs, this term which is calculated after the arrival of the product to the buyer.
